We had 4 teams complete all of the tasks for the selfie Scavenger hunt! Great job ladies!
We have 4 prizes (Dudley Hitting Center, Bownet, 1 dozen softballs x 2.

All games that were in progress in O'Fallon were not officially complete based on the rule book. Those games will resume where they left off. Edwardsville games Fury vs Esprit Metro and St. Louis Naturals vs Game Changers are considered complete. Scores have been updated in the system. The other 2 games (3pm games) will resume where they left off.

The schedule is live. Still 75 min finish the inning. For the 16s, Edwardsville is not 100% sure they will have a concession stand. She is supposed to let me know later tonight, but be prepared for not having one. Sorry, but they were not planning on having us there tomorrow.

Lastly, as stated in the coaches meeting, teams were seeded into bracket based on pool results. The higher seed is home. This was a correction from an earlier message that stated you would keep your same seed throughout the event. I had a brain fart! 😀. Your seed is based off of pool results. Sorry for the mix up.

WEEKLY PASSES ARE NO LONGER AVIALBLE ONLINE! THE DEADLINE WAS 2 WEEKS AGO! Weekly passes will be available at the coaches/team rep meeting or at opening ceremonies. This is the last time they can be purchased! Only daily passes are available after tomorrow. CASH ONLY for daily passes!

The Corn Hole event will be held near the big USSSA ball on the Red Quad at 2pm
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PARK WITHOUT A PASS! Passes must be worn on your wrist and shown as you enter. All pre-ordered passes will be distributed at the coaches/team rep meeting. Please make arrangements with your team to distribute.

Coaches will pick up their 3 free passes at the Coaches meeting.
All pre-ordered passes and trading cards will be distributed to the person who attends the Team Representative meeting.
All passes must be picked up at one of these meetings. No entrance to the park will be granted without a pass.
Passes must be worn on your wrist throughout the event (Coaches included) No one will be admitted into the park without a wristband except kids 12 and under.
Weekly passes will be available for sale at the Team Rep meeting and near the sales table at the opening ceremonies
Pre-ordered merchandise can be picked up during opening ceremonies or throughout the event at the sales tables located near the concession stand in Edwardsville and at Red Quad in O'Fallon.

Click on the link below to identify your seed for the Great Lakes/Midwest National. Seeds will remain the same throughout the event. Even though they may change online (based on game results), your seed today will be your seed throughout the event.
The higher seed will be home except for the Championship game. In the Championship game, the team in the winner's bracket will be home. If an "IF" game is required a coin flip will determine home team.

The Gate fees at the National are CASH ONLY! There WILL NOT be any other forms of payment accepted! We do not have the means to do anything else. CASH ONLY.
Gate fees are $15 per day for anyone 13 - 64 years old and $10 per day for 65+. Kids 12 and under are free.

Fields and Format
O'Fallon and Edwardsville fields are Turf! No metal cleats, sunflower seeds or gum allowed on the field. O'Fallon is very serious about this policy and any team who violates this policy will be fined $200 for each occurrence.
The format of this event is 2 pool games into a 3GG Bracket. Teams are guaranteed to play 3 games in the bracket and if they go to the loser's bracket, they can come all the way back to win the event.Â
Teams will be seeded into the bracket based on points and power ranking. Â
