"Field Of Screams" Halloween RING Tournament
"FIELD OF SCREAMS" HALLOWEEN RING TOURNAMENT!8U / 10U / 12U will compete on October 11-13, 2 pool play into double elimination bracket play.
14U / 16U / 18U will compete on October 13th
ONLY
, 2 pool play into single elimination bracket play.
Awards for this event will be Championship Rings for each age division winners and medals for the runner-up for each age division.

"FIELD OF SCREAMS" HALLOWEEN COSTUME & PUMPKIN CARVING CONTESTS
Team Costume & Pumpkin Carving contest for 8U, 10U and 12U on Saturday, October 12th.

Refunds
No refunds will be issued to teams withdrawing from the tournament after the tournament deadline or after the tournament schedule is published, whichever comes first. If a tournament is cancelled prior to the start date due to non-weather related issues, a full refund will be issued to all teams. All games will be deemed complete based on the USSSA Rulebook (Rule 4, Sect 6, C, 1 &2). Games will be deemed official after 2 1/2 innings of play, with home team leading, or 45 minutes of game time completed. If teams have completed both pool play games, no refunds will be issued. If teams have not completed both pool play games, a prorated refund will be issued to those teams. Refunds will be credited back in the manner in which they were paid.

ROUNDHOUSE COMPLEXThe Roundhouse Complex offers 8 fields and ample space for team warm-ups. No gate fees, 2 full concession stands and no cooler restrictions.
