TURF FIELD, NO CLEATS ALLOWED! MOLDED CLEATS, TURF SHOES OR TENNIS SHOES ONLY

No concessions will be available at the Mattoon High School.

Ne-Co Complex: Fields Gold & Red

No or possibly very little concessions will be available at Ne-Co Complex.

Time Limits

Here are the time limits for Bracket Play for all age divisions:

8U - 60 minutes, finish the inning

10U - 75 minutes, finish the inning

12U - 75 minutes, finish the inning

14U - 75 minutes, finish the inning

16U - 75 minutes, finish the inning



18U - 75 minutes, finish the inning

Time Limits

10U - 75 minutes, drop dead

12U - 75 minutes, drop dead

14U - 75 minutes, drop dead

16U - 75 minutes, drop dead

The Roundhouse Complex offers 8 fields and ample space for team warm-ups. No gate fees, 2 full concession stands and no cooler restrictions.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued to teams withdrawing from the tournament after the tournament deadline or after the tournament schedule is published, whichever comes first. If a tournament is cancelled prior to the start date due to non-weather related issues, a full refund will be issued to all teams.  All games will be deemed complete based on the USSSA Rulebook (Rule 4, Sect 6, C, 1 &2).  Games will be deemed official after 2 1/2 innings of play, with home team leading, or 45 minutes of game time completed.  If teams have completed both pool play games, no refunds will be issued.  If teams have not completed both pool play games, a prorated refund will be issued to those teams.  Refunds will be credited back in the manner in which they were paid.

Team Costume & Pumpkin Carving contest for 8U, 10U and 12U on Saturday, October 14th. 

More Halloween activities to be added! 

"Field Of Screams" Halloween RING Tournament

8U / 10U / 12U will compete on October 14-15, 2 pool play into double elimination bracket play.
14U / 16U / 18U will compete on October 15th ONLY, 2 pool play into single elimination bracket play.

Awards for this event will be Championship Rings for each age division winners and medals for the runner-up for each age division.
