O'Fallon Family Sport Park and Edwardsville Plummer Family Sports Park are turf, no seeds allowed in the park. The park will charge a $250 per occurance, per team for seeds in the dugouts, on the field or in the bleachers. This is a State Championship tournament. Seeding was decided by points and power ranking, regardless of division or class. A team's seed as of today will be their seed throughout the event. Seeds will change throughout the event due to teams winning or losing. Ignore that! Your seed today is your seed for the whole weekend. In the Championship Game, the team in the winner's bracket will be home. If an IF game is required, teams will flip for home. I will send a copy of the seeds later today, in this thread. Check you rosters. All guest players must be added by 4:59 am on Nov 1st! Pre-ordered tshirts can be picked up at the sales table in Edwardsville and at the Red Quad in O'Fallon Don't forget about the time change this weekend! See you soon!

The schedule is done but I am waiting for the points from this weekends events to update. There are several teams still show 0 points and I know they have points. The points are showing on their team page but not in the scheduling software. I will let you know when the schedule is live. My apologies for the delay!

Coaches/Parents, as a reminder, this event is a State Tournament! State tournaments are seeded by points and power ranking. This means that I can not make any changes to the times or the opponent. I have done a rough draft and will publish Monday, Oct 27th after the results from this weekends events are recorded. No refunds will be issued. The deadline to receive a refund was Oct 16th.

Coaches, The deadline for payment for your upcoming event is October 16th. If you have not paid, please do so to hold your spot. I cannot determine division locations until all teams are paid. If you are unsure if you paid, go to the event online. If you are not paid, your status will show PENDING. Also, if you do not have USSSA insurance or have not already provided me your insurance, please email me a copy.

Payment and Waiting List

PAYMENT:

Only teams who are registered and paid will show as approved. If your team is in a pending status, you are not guaranteed a spot.

Payment deadline is the “last day to enter” date on the public website. If the event is full or close to full, the payment date may be moved up to ensure commitment to the event.

If a team on the waiting list pays before a team in the actual event, the team on the waiting list will be moved into the actual event. The last, unpaid, team to enter the event will be moved to the waiting list.

Accepted forms of payment are listed below:

Fields

All fields in O'Fallon and Edwardsville are turf. No medal cleats, gum or sun flower seeds are allowed on the field. Fields will be inspected after each game by the complex. If a team is found to have any of these items on the field, the complex will fine them $250 per occurrence. Please respect the playing area!
