The leaderboard for the Skills Competition is not functioning correctly. Once the developer fixes it, we will be able to award the 1st and 2nd places. Unfortunately, that means we will have to mail the awards. My apologies, we have all of the scores but it will take some time to audit. We used the same thing at the Nationals and it worked perfect! 🤬. There will not be an awards presentation today. Stay tuned for a FB announcing the Winners and Finalists.

Don't forget to visit our merchandise table for momentos of your players selection to the 2025 All State Games. We have Blankets, tshirts, and trading cards books.
Coaches, dont forget to take a picture of your team.
Lastly, every player participating in today's event will automatically qualify for the National All State Games in Florida!

Just a few reminders:
There is a $5 gate fee for attendees 9 years old and up. Players, Seniors (65+) and coaches are free.
Players are required to check in at Pavillion 1. At check-in, they will receive a bag tag, a draw string bag, their All State ring and Jersey (not required to wear in game) and trading cards if they were ordered.
All pre ordered t shirts will be available for pick up at the Red Quad (fields 5-8). We will have All State tournament t shirts for sale at both quads.
Lunch will be served from 11am to 2pm at pavilion 1. (Located on the outside of the quads between fields 4&6. See map for location)
Gates will not open until 7:30.

There was an injury that occurred to one of the players on Aftrburners 14C team that is leaving them short a catcher! They play at 4:30 and 5:45. If there is a catcher out there (14C or 12C) who would like some extra games, please contact the coach Jason @ 812-798-6620

The 12B Cruise team is down to 8 players. If there is a 12B player who would like to play some extra games @ 9am and 1130am. Please reach out to their coach Melissa 217-823-5590. Specifically, a catcher.

My apologies, the Google Doc had an out dated coaches list. It is accurate now. Also, I have updated rosters with players who will no longer be joining us. Their names will have a line through it on the Google Doc.

The schedule for your event is now live. Coaches have been emailed their team information and will be contacting you to set up a time to meet them and the rest of the team.

I have done the first draft on creating teams and they are listed online. Guardians will receive emails about their players being added to a team. This is not in stone yet! We are still in search of coaches and still tweaking rosters.
When rosters are complete, I will let everyone know. I will send the schedule out no later than Monday.
