EVENT DETAILS

Registration for the 2024 All State Games is closed. We have reached the maximum number of players that we can fit at the event.  We are not accepting any more players on the waiting list as we currently have 26 players on the waiting list. I will inform those players no later than July 14th if they have a spot. 

WHAT IS ALL STATE?

The All State Games will highlight players who have been nominated throughout the season at Play It Forward Sportz (USSSA) events in Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri. Players are nominated by coaches, umpires and our staff.

Players are nominated for displaying great sportsmanship, effort and all around great tournament performance. Players who have participated in a Play It Forward Sportz event are eligible for the All-State Games.

PLAYER NOMINATION:​

Team coach’s will be asked to nominate players based on their order of finish in each USSSA tournament. If you played in multiple events, you nominate for multiple events but you will need to nominate for separate tournaments. For example, if you played in Peace Love Softball and finished 1st, you will receive 6 nominations. If you played in Roll Out Your Roster and finished 3rd, you will receive 4 more nominations. You need to use the link for each individual event, you cannot use the link for Peace Love Softball to nominate players for Roll Out Your Roster.

These nominated players will be the event’s All-Tournament Team.

The first place team will nominate 6 players

The second place team will nominate 5 players

The third place team will nominate 4 players

The fourth place team will nominate 3 players

All other teams will nominate 2 players

ALL-STATE COACHING STAFF:

Coaching Staff selections will be announced after the State Tournament.

Each player will wear their own team uniform

Players will be divided into teams and play in a two game round robin showcase.

No Score will be recorded

Skills competitions

Batting the Roster will be mandatory

Softballs will be provided

Teams and schedules will be announced about a week before the event begins.

Ages 8 – 18

A/B/C Players are eligible.

There will be two division of play during All State Games; A/B and C, if possible. If enough players are nominated we will split into three separate divisions.

All-State Ring

Individual Award

Lunch

*Players must be participating in the actual event in order to receive items listed above

Each Player will be listed as an All-State Player and posted on on the National website.​

Entry fee to participate: $95 per player. (includes ring, award, lunch, games, skills competitions, entertainment)

Deadline to enter will be July 13, 2024 or until maximum number of players are reached. Last year we filled prior to the deadline, don’t wait to register.

Last year we had over 1200 girls nominated and 804 participated, and based on the response, we expect more participation in 2023!  Please help us get these All Stars on the field.

All kids are welcome! Families can bring as many kids as they want to enjoy the fun day!

This event will take place on Saturday only, Sunday is a rainout day.  In the event games cannot be played on Saturday, games and activities will be pushed to Sunday.
