Update - due to continued rains in the area and forecasts showing it continuing into the evening - all play is canceled today for both locations.
8O, 9O, 10C are canceled for the weekend.
We will determine what we could possibly complete in O'Fallon tomorrow and have an announcement for other divisions this evening.

Play in Mascoutah will not resume today. We are working to determine how many we can move to OFallon.
Also we know for certain that 10C is canceled for certain for the weekend. Will be in touch on refunds.

scheduled updated. A few notes:
- coaches expect an email tonight w more details on the plans for tomorrow (and transparency)
- I left open the possibility of 3 pool games for 8u. We will cut the 3rd game if weather doesn't cooperate.
- planned 8:30 start except for fields 1 & 5 in Mascoutah. Those fields will start at 9:45.
- game slots all reflect the new time limits w drop dead now.
- If we have any other issues in Mascoutah in the morning we will update you as early as possible.
- we will be adjusting bracket locations for Sunday depending on how the day goes tomorrow. Stay tuned & thanks for your patience

There will be some format changes for tomorrow. We can't finalize everything online at least until Play concludes in Mascoutah tonight. We do know for sure that due to rain eliminating certain fields in Mascoutah for tomorrow, 8O/9O/10C/12C will be moving to 2 pool games instead of 3. If you are in one of these divisions and have already played two pool games, you are done until bracket play.
Additionally all game slots at both parks will be adjusted to account for 70 minute drop dead timing.
The goal is to have these changes updated online between 945 and 10 o'clock.

Pre order shirts can be picked up at the following locations
14Open/14C and 12Open can be pick up at the center of the quad in OFALLON.
8U/9U/10U/12C can be picked up at the sales table located by the concession stand in MASCOUTAH on SAT/SUN.
We will have shirts for sale at both locations.

Friday night games are on at scheduled locations. Pool format is moved to 70min drop dead due to help us along with weather uncertainty. Mascoutah games Friday night are pushed back 30 minutes (6:30 first game)

Update - we currently anticipate playing all Friday night games. Still waiting on park decisions that will drive any changes to locations and times. Anticipate decisions around 3:30, will update in the app and get any schedule updates posted at that time.
More to come later tonight regarding some changes for tomorrow.

i know everyone is anxious for updates for tonight and this weekend; we are awaiting the incoming rain to see what we get or don't get while also making arrangements to move some games (and times and time limits) tonight if necessary. REFUND POLICY FOR CINCO DE MAYO BASH
Full Refunds will be given for paid teams who request a refund PRIOR TO 4/2/25.
50% refunds will be given for paid teams who request a refund between 4/2/25 and 4/16/25.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR PAID TEAMS AFTER 4/16/25.
